ASSISTANT POLICY ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – GENERAL INSURANCE
Responsibilities
Assist in general insurance policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and amendments
Handle customer and agent enquiries in a professional and timely manner at service centre
Support day-to-day business operations in keeping with productivity, underwriting and service standards of the department
Provide ad hoc administrative support as necessary
Requirements
F. 7 or above
Min 2 year relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of English and Chinese
