From Where I Can Learn Tantric Vidya(black Magic) In India?

Tantra is great worship of Adishakti for God union not black magic for illiterate and fools!
Tantric is a cheating procedure started by magicians right from the period of Moses.
Nothing can be achieved by learning tantric vidya. All tantrics are beggars. They could hardly earn a living. The keralite poojaris and Bengali magicians were known for tantric vidyas.
Invariably they use medicines and poisons to make someone mad or to brainwash somebody. They could never make a person rich or intelligent or successful in life.
Tantric vidya is serious pursuit not a hobby. It is not black magic as you presume.You have to learn the vidya thro an adept guru. It is a life long pursuit and strict observance of rituals is a must, any deviations will have seruious consequences to practitioner..
Tantra is not for novices and it is a very serious study.It should not be used for wrong reasons like getting powers and so on. You can get some knowledge from near Kamakhya temple in Assam. It is the hotbed of such cults! Kashmir Shaivism is also connected to Tantra. One of the Buddhist sects also practices their own brand of Tantra!

“Tantra” is the devotional science and is not available even to the senior learned persons unless the grace of God. This is the highest form of Mantra – Yantra, don’t use Black Magic word for it. This is not meant for youngsters, the age of desires; moreover this need very disciplined life and physical neatness for a long time. Enough hint.
