You could go to ebay and but an overhead.

Find out what they are learning about in school or an area that they may not be very confident in and start there.
My middle son struggled with counting money and telling time. I use real items, money and a clock for example.
You can write sentences incorrectly on your board and have them take turns correcting them.
Take turns reading paragraphs in a chapter book and discuss it or think of different ways the story could end and draw a picture of the new ending.
Use simple kitchen ingredients to discover new mixtures, how to measure things, or how things change when you add heat or freeze them.
    Most of all have fun!

If your kids are 9 and 10 as claimed in your other questions, aren’t they old enough to figure out how to play school on their own? I wouldn’t be micromanaging their play at that point. Equipment-wise, all it really needs is paper, crayons, books, and imaginations.
