How Many Times Can You Jump From Different Parks In One Day With Disney Hopper Option?
I’ve never been to disney world before and I would like not to be confined to one park per day. So I thought I would get the hopper option with my ticket. But how does it exactly work? If I wanted to go to Epcot in the morning and then I went to Animal Kingdom but when I get in to that park I find I rather go to Magic Kingdom would I be able to do that in one day with the hopper option? Are you only able to hop once between parks per day? Does it actually give you the freedom to go to all four parks in one day or two?

With the Park Hoper you can go to all 4 parks as many time as you want in the same day, for as many days as your ticket(s) are for.
So, for example, if you get a 3 day ticket with park hopper then for 3 days you have the option of going to all 4 parks in the same day. The hopper option though does not include the water parks or disnwy quest. For those you need to add the water parks & more option.
We have been in 2007 & 2008 & are going back in July of this year & have gotten the park hopper all 3 times. In 2007 we went to MK, Epcot, & AK all the same day. Last year we did HS & AK in the same day & then HS, MK, & Epcot the next day. We also went to Downtown Disney in between park hopping.
Of course Downtown Disney is free so to speak so no ticket is required unless you are going to Disney Quest. But it’s a good way to break up the day in between parks. And it lets you get alot of your shopping done, if buying gifts for people. There is the World of Disney store, a design your own t-shirt store, a design you own hat store, a everything $10 & less store, a christmas store, scrapbooking store, & many more stores to browse around in.
Anyway, whatever you choose I hope you have fun.
my daughter (adult) and I did 4 parks and downtown disney with the hopper in 2 days. We used the 3rd day hopper to mop up so to speak with AM in the early park and lunch at France in Epcot and Fantasmic at Hollywood.
You need stamina and a plan – if you are going to do more than one or 2 parks – and staying at a Disney property is critical. If you are traveling with children – I would slow down the pace considerably but 2 adults many parks – you can do it.
Have a magical day.
You can hop as many parks in one day as you like. Parking passes carry over from park to park or you can take the monorail/buses from park to park. I would suggest not trying to do more than two a day from past experiences, but if you just want to catch the fireworks/night show than it may be a great idea.
Good luck on vacation! You’ll have a great time!
you can hop around as much as you like. i’d do a 2 day park hopper and set some sort of plan with it. closing times need to be accounted for (animal kingdom closes relatively early). if you stay in the disney world resorts, there are extra magic hours too! check the disney world website for park operating times.
