I Am Searching For Downloadable Pictures Of Children With Cancer For A School Project?
I am doing a class project where we have to produce 4 billboards advertising a non-profit organization. I choose children with cancer, and know I need pictures of kids in order to complete the project. The project theme is Help give children back their dreams. I want to show differant kids with cancer dreaming about differant fantasy things such as romance, adventure, magic, fantasy, things of that nature. So far though I am not having any luck finding pictures so if any one could help I’d appreciate it

Being very familiar with this subject, I can tell you that you must have the permission of the parents of the subject with cancer to publicly display or expose their children and this might be a problem. My suggestion is to go to your nearest hospital facility that has a children’s cancer treatment center and ask for the Child Life Guidance person and tell them what you are working on and they will be able to direct you to the right place.
I really doubt there will be pix on line but I would call St. Judes in Phila, Sloan Kettering in New York and Children’s Hospital in phila. They can probably help you out with where to get some pix.
