BARISTA

The Responsibility

The job involves food preparation, cleaning, food service, cash register operation as well as making coffee, with the main responsibilities as follow:

• To develop enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time.
• To provide quality beverages consistently for all customers.
• To maintain Quality Store Operations.
• To contribute to store profitability.
• To take responsibility of all aspects at Barista position.

The Person

• Male/female, 21–23 years old.
• Min. D1 graduate majoring in Tourism & Hospitality.
• At least 1 year experience as Barista in international coffee store, covering all aspects in the store operations starting from making coffee, cash registering up to serving the customers. Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply.
• Computer literate (Ms. Office applications) coupled with good English and Bahasa Indonesia skills.
• A quick-witted, multi-tasking, customer-oriented person who is able to work in fast-pace environment and has passion for coffee.
