I am desperate to make a book from the world of harry poter for example a school such as hogwarts a history or a history of magic, but how can i do this??

I need to buy 50 acres of land near a forest. The Hogwartz Express will be a narrow gauge line running beside the forest and a river or better still the sea. The building will be build in stone and mortar (cement + clay) with detachable staircases just like fire engines have.
