More Harry Potter! No Haters Please, Remus And Tonk’s Relationship?

February 26, 2010 by admin

Okay, so I’d say I’m about as avid a Harry Potter fan can be, and my favorite characters are divided into several groups. Of Death Eaters it’s Regulus Black, because he died a protagonist after all. Of Teachers (Excluding DADA) It would be McGonagall. Of DADA teachers, It would be Remus. My favorite Order Members would be Tonks and Moody. The Weasley family is my favorite family, and the Trio is a favorite group in general.
So I’ve been thinking lately (I’m a bit of a thinker) that for books that can be classified as (page behind the illustrated title page of Chamber of Secrets) Wizards, Magic, School, and England there is a fair bit of romance. From early in the series, girls always have been a bit infatuated with Harry, seeing as he defeated the Dark Lord, and Ginny Weasley was the first real taste of this. Also, starting in 3rd year, you can see Harry developing a crush on Cho Chang, which continues into 5th year. And then from the first book, you can see how much Ron means to Hermione (Crying in the bathroom because of something he said, consequentially getting in a situation with a mountain troll) and this continues throughout the series, even when Hermione was in a bit of a relationship with Viktor Krum. In the sixth book, Ron has a superficial relationship with Lavender Brown, and Harry develops feelings for Ginny, who had also dated 2 boys before him.
Now, all these relationships are fun and all, but none of these characters were seen mainly as a relationship. Remus and Tonks, however, just seem like the little tragic love story that held a bit of light in a dark and stormy war. I think maybe that’s why I feel such a strong pull for their canon relationship, while I find dm/hg and hp/cc stories still interesting. Maybe it’s the seemingly uunrequitedlove Tonks has for Remus that makes their story interesting. Or, maybe it’s because there isn’t much information given, and you’re free to fill in the gaps with your own imagination. Either way, Remus and Tonks certainly are my favorite couple in the series. Any thoughts or comments on the aspects of their relationship, or why you like the pairing? I love reading speculations=]
Also, I thought I might add it here: I find it absolutely adorable how the first time Harry ever sees Ginny, she’s a 10 year old asking her mum why she can’t go to Hogwarts with her brothers, then when you pick up in the epilogue to Deathly Hallows, you see her 26 years later as Harry’s wife, their daughter asking why she can’t go to Hogwarts with her brothers. Okay, now I’m done with my spiel. I want comments and thoughts=]

I have only read 5 of the Harry Potter books so far and very soon I will be starting the 6th. I am afraid that I’ve become too obsessed with Harry Potter though. I have become a totally different person and very often find myself alone.i am always wishing for a magic school and a secret magical community. I love books, my life is books. sometimes I sit in my bedroom staring out the window into the sunset wondering what mysteries the world holds? can anyone tell about TRUE FACTS from the Harry Potter books that is NOT FICTION at all? Please help, I need to know, because I am becoming more distant from people. I sometimes cry because no one understands me or what I feel and that’s making my wish take over me. PS- please don’t mind the category that my question falls in.

Ramadan: Brothers N Sisters, Do U Like Or A Big Fan Of Harry Potter?

If ur answer to the above Q, is yes then brothers and sisters, please I request u to fear Allah and Hell fire.
Harry Potter promotes magic which is totally forbidden in Islam. Magic is kufr, disbelief in Allah, His messenger and Islam. Beware, ur salah, good deeds, will not even be accounted, if u like Harry Potter. Performing Magic and being pleased with it, is the same thing.
Seriously what is important, ur imaan and deen or some infactuation for evil.
If u consider it as just a harmless fiction, please review ur thoughts, it is a fiction which portrays magic, as a beautiful and amazing thing.
Tell me, didn’t u want to go to the magic school, and learn magic when u read it?
Weren’t u expecting for ur letter to Hogwarts?
Tried out spells to see if they work?
Wanted to become like Harry Potter (i.e a witch or wizard), admiring him?
But we didn’t realize that by wishing for those, we will go straight to hell, astafirullah.
Please click here, to save yourself, from committing a hidden shirk,
