Work Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in Restaurant daily operations
Ensures that the food and beverage inventories and stocks are done
Trains and develops a pool of quality waitresses / waiters
Service & develop relationship with the existing and potential accounts
Manage the food and beverage inventories
Requirements:
Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management/ F&B or Business Administration
Minimum 5 year’s experience in restaurant operations
High motivated and ambitious; – quality driven, customers and business results oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
