I think back to 1997 Magic Johnson played Lakers last year 1996 season and Rockets defeated Lakers in 1996 NBA Playoffs First round before Shaq signed Lakers and trade young Kobe for Vlade Divac. I was very happy for Shaq signing Lakers and new high school young Kobe but I wanted to encourage Magic Johnson staying play Lakers for one more year together Shaq and Kobe so Lakers looked stronger team if with Magic Johnson. In beginning 1996-97 season, I was unhappy for Lakers because Lakers had lacked of energy and I wanted to put Magic Johnson playing with Lakers but he didn’t play entire season. Magic Johnson said he would play Lakers with Shaq in late season 1997 but he did not.
I think if Magic would play Lakers with Shaq and able to beat Utah Jazz 4-2 series on 1997 semifinals western playoffs even beat Rockets and Bulls instead fact Utah Jazz beat Lakers 4-1 without Magic. What do you think Lakers with Magic, Shaq, and young Kobe can win in 1997 NBA Playoffs even face Bulls?
Which Is The Next Best Team Or Game Against The Lakers This Season?
I know that the Laker’s game on Dec 25 against Cleveland Cavaliers is the best game and the next best would probably be Boston Celtics but i can’t get tickets for those two games anymore without it costing an arm and a leg…so which would be the next best game besides those two? are the Chicago Bulls or Portland Trail Blazers or Orlando Magic good to watch this season? I don’t know much if anything about basketball and I’m trying to get tickets for my boyfriend’s birthday present. Please help! Thank you! =]

ok so im a laker fan and i wanna know your serious input on who will be the 2010 champions now hear me out. if the lakers and celtics stay healthy they will both make it back to the nba finals fairly easy. both lineups just have so much talent, it ridiculous. so many options

derek fisher-role player, clutch
kobe bryant-game changer, CLUTCH
ron artest-high 3pt avrge, good defender (melo pierce lebron)
pau gasol-very skilled, will only get stronger
andrew bynum-very young and will only get better
best player off the bench:lamar odom_double double machine

2nd- i hate how celtic fans complain how the only reason they werent in the finals was cuz kg was missing, FLAT OUT BS. yess its true but dont forget la made it to the 2008 finals without bynum, were we complaining?? i dont thinks so, so cut the ****. what goes around comes around. imagine what we coulda done with bynum. we coulda clogged the lane and most importantly, reduced paus minutes. so dont give me that crap.
