Work Summary:
The Sales & Distribution Manager is tasked to handle new and existing PGC accounts for USA/Canada to achieve its sales, market share and profit targets. Product Lines to be sold are, but not limited to: PLDT Retail and Smart Products.
The role will be based in the United States.
Qualifications:
* In-depth market knowledge of the USA/Canada market.
* At least five years work experience in International Sales or Consumer business on a managerial level
* Preferably with telecom experience for either fixed or mobile systems.
* With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other equivalent Business courses.
* Retail distribution and Account management expertise

* Results oriented
* Self-starter
* Ability to plan, supervise, review and evaluate the work of others.
* Can train others to follow approved procedures and establish guidelines.
* Motivates people
