Is There Any Point In Arresting David Copperfield???

According to the included article, a Seattle woman recently claimed that David Copperfield raped her while she was in the Bahamas.http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,3035…
It now appears as though the FBI is investigating this matter, but has yet to arrest David Copperfield.
I’m just wondering, even if the investigation were to find sufficient cause to arrest David Copperfield, is there actually any point in arresting this man???
Remember, this “illusionists” (practitioner of the black arts) has succeeded in escaping from safes, water torture champers, and made entire trains disappear. If he were arrested, and put in jail, wouldn’t he just escape, or make the jail disappear???
On a more serious note, I do have some serious questions about the validity of the woman’s story since she didn’t report this alleged rape when it occurred, continued with her vacation, and only filed a report after she returned to the United States.
