The Responsibility

The job involves food preparation, cleaning, food service, cash register operation as well as making coffee, with the main responsibilities as follow:

To develop enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time.
To provide quality beverages consistently for all customers.
To maintain Quality Store Operations.
To contribute to store profitability.
To take responsibility of all aspects at Barista position.

The Person

Male/female, 21–23 years old.
Min. D1 graduate majoring in Tourism & Hospitality.
At least 1 year experience as Barista in international coffee store, covering all aspects in the store operations starting from making coffee, cash registering up to serving the customers. Fresh-graduates are welcome to apply.
Computer literate (Ms. Office applications) coupled with good English and Bahasa Indonesia skills.
A quick-witted, multi-tasking, customer-oriented person who is able to work in fast-pace environment and has passion for coffee.
