What Should I Do About My Little Situation?

I have liked my friend for almost a year in a half. Im a senior in high school and Im graduating and leaving for college soon. So these feelings Ive been harboring for my friend are an off and on thing. I know he doesn’t like me. And he confuses me with his actions too. Last week he text me to hang out and watch a movie, i was surprised because normally im the one who invites him, and he has other plans and such. i was weirded out. I said yes since i had nothing to do. Of course cheap *** that he is he didnt pay for my ticket. Yet later he wanted to share his food with me. Then at the end of the night he was complaining that his back was cold because of the bench and a friend who was sitting next to me told him to lay against me, and i dared not to ask him myself because i would of felt awkward. The he did. Then he set his head on my lap. At that moment i cursed him because my feelings for him returned. then he stood up again and i laid my head on his shoulder and he began to sing to me. Boston by Augustana if you care to know. then we left for home. and that was that. like one night of magic forgotten. He didn’t mention it the next day. Or texted me. and I DONT KNOW WHAT TO FEEL OR THINK. should i just tell him i like him and get it over with? I cherish our friendship, but i cant go on feeling like this. I’d rather get rejected then keep hoping. OH btw, everyone thinks he is gay too since hes a little flamboyant. Help With Traffic Ticket Situation?

A few months ago I was on the freeway with my g/f going to six flags magic mountain ( theme park) and a cop ahead around the corner I guess got me on radar going 93 in a 65. I honestly can say I did no go 93 I was going around 68/69 mph. There was other cars passing me ( was in the middle lane) so I think he got one of them and since I have a big truck thought it was me? I dunno but I am just not going to argue it… Or should I? What should I do I do not have a option for traffic school. It’s my first ticket too. I got pulled over on the highway by a highway patrol.
