To expand our business lines in Café, Catering, Fitness and Yoga, a well established company is looking for qualified managers to join our professional team for the following openings :

GENERAL MANAGER & MANAGER

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

·         Expatriate and local resident (i.e. Expatriate who has living and working experience in Indonesia)

·         College or  University degree, Bachelor or higher.

·         Age below 45 years old with professional and well groomed appearance.

·         At least 5 years hands-on experience or the equivalent in the Café, Catering, Fitness, Yoga and Wellness industries.

·         Fluency in English and Indonesia strongly preferred, Mandarin is a plus.

·         High level of customer service (provides guests with five-star/genuine service), teamwork orientation, and excellent communication skills.

·         Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing guest request and preferences.

·         Understanding modern operations of respective industries.

·         Ability to co-ordinate, do strategic planning and promotion, monitor and adapt to future trends as well.

·         Experience in hiring, training and managing employees and teams.

·         Qualified in nutrition and wellness; have passion in healthy foods and life.

·         Willing to travel in the South East Asia region.

·         To be stationed in Indonesia
