Will I Ruin My Life And Other Peoples If I Use My Time Machine?
I have devised a way to travel back in time but not forward ( I am still puzzled on this one). The details of how I have done this is irrelevant but my question is as follows.
If I decide to travel back to a certain date in my past and happen to meet myself or others that have som connection to me will this be detrimental to my current life as I know it?
My plan is to go back and remain undetected by using 21st century technology which is used often by performers such as David Blaine, but on the off chance that I am detected what do you think the best option would be?
You have 3 days and counting to save the future of the planet….or not.
Please don’t. Remember good ol’ Butterfly Effect? I don’t think even those David Blaine technology would help. Besides what if you get stuck in the past? Perhaps you already did… Maybe you became my great grandfather or something… Maybe nothing happened at all.
Traveling forward in time is not possible though, don’t fuss about it… I know, I’ve tried. Never tried back in time (too risky)

If (I say if, because i’m fairly sure you can’t) you go back in time, you will cause what is commonly referred to as the butterfly effect. Even the smallest change (One book out of place, one insect smashed) could drastically alter the future. (Or rather, the present. Which is where I live, and I like it how it is.) Leave well enough alone and accept the life you were given.
plz dont use i did it once and im responsible for the economic instability and the black president, i also have like 4 kids and im wanted in 4 different countries all just by going to the past and trying to fix it for myself ….so think about it, yet if you have the david blaine crap then you are good to go i would say…

I think it would definitely be detrimental. Didn’t you see Back to the Future? There were like 3 of them, I think this was a big problem in all 3 movies.
Before you get there bring sports scores so you can gamble your way into wealth. Use your winnings to do good for the future of the planet when you return

hmm. how to answer this in my opinion.
hypatheticly in my opinion it is impossible to travel back in time witht he intent of doing anything. because if you do have an intent and do that, then you will cause a time paradox and be rejected by reality. which nobody knows about….at least.. how to explain, its very much like dejavu, your reality will be rejected and the reality that has happen will redo itself..
anywho. if you run into yourself you willd cause a paradox and be rejected by reality.
if you run into people you know, and have no intent of doing anything to them then you should be fine.
going back in time… is the worst possible thing you could do to this world. in essence, you would kill all living beings and be rejected from reality. the chemicals in your body are accustomed to the more tough future that is our present, going back you would very likely realease a chemical that could cause a disaster, such as the black plague.
Time travel is possible, its just you have to time travel foward, with no intent and no intent to go back. beware of time paradox’s . time travel is dangerous due to constant chemical changes in your biosphere.
Here is what I think of your situation:
A) you’re a total loon and you should go see a psychiatrist ASAP
or
B) You’ve actually managed to make a break through and change the knowledge of technology as we know it
or
C) you got bored and decided to have fun with drugs (you druggie! You know, drugs are bad for you.)
Here are your options:
A) seek psychiatric help ASAP
B) Travel back in time and accomplish your mission
B2)Travel back in time, meet your past self AND TEAR THE FRAGILE FABRIC OF THE SPACE TIME CONTINUUM
C) get off the drugs man. They’ll kill ya.
